etrade cancels orders "by hand"
I canceled an order on NCS just b4 midnight (last night)
They told me (phone call 7:15 AM today) that the don't cancel orders after about 7:30 PM and I have to wait until 8:30 AM for the cancel to show online.
-->> They cancel by hand (manual) ? I don't get it ...

You will get a lot of $#it like that from E-Trade. Save yourself some frustration and find another broker.
