I am trying to do a filter for a break out to the top of a n day period beginning 1 day ago
I established the high for a 5 day period
Then I want to see the stocks that all the highs in that n day period are within a given amount of the established high.
I am trying to draw a price line at the established high for the period.

Here is a start
It calculates the high for the correct period but does not draw correctly
It will draw the price line if the filter is run for the current day but not if I offset the date by any number.
The test for the high being within the given value from the established high doesn't work

price > 5
average volume (30) > 1000000
stock is optionable
offset is 10
set {cent, .03}
set {hi, high 1 day ago 5 day high }add column hi
draw price line at hi
high 3 days ago within cent of hi
high 4 days ago within cent of hi
high 2 days ago within cent of hi

Thanks for any help given :)
