I'm looking for opinions from anyone who has experience with a stand-up treadmill desk. I'm considering buying one for my use.

This one has 5 monitors. Exercise and trade from 9:30 till 16:00, that should get you in shape.

I read an article a few years ago about a longevity researcher who built one himself and was a regular user.

It seems like a great idea but...using a keyboard while walking seems difficult and even at 1 mph I would find a way to trip or fall off. Perhaps one gets used to it but trying to concentrate on work or trading while trying not to fall off a moving platform seems formidable.

If you get one, please let us know how you like it.
