Chaikin's Money Flow (CMF)

Parameters Period
Usage Chaikin's Money Flow(21)
CMF(14)
Description The Chaikin Money Flow indicator (developed by Marc Chaikin) determines how much money is moving in and out of a stock based on the number of shares traded and the position of the closing price within the daily range.

As a stock continues to close near the high of the day, the CMF will increase, indicating potential strength in the stock. Closing values near the low of the day represent continuing weakness in the stock.
