DescriptionThe Klinger Oscillator (KVO), developed by Stephen J. Klinger, is a volume-based oscillator which tracks short and long term flow in and out of a security. The KVO uses the difference between a 34-day and 55-day EMA of a "Volume Force" measure to track money flow.

In addition, you can access an EMA of the raw KVO to serve as a "trigger" line for the KVO.
