I am scanning using the public "doji" filter.

It displays today's stocks that formed a DOJI TODAY.

Is it possible to Scan for Stocks that formed a DOJI YESTERDAY, NOT today.

What code can I use in filter to do this ??

pjdarji,

You ask :

"I am scanning using the public "doji" filter.

It displays today's stocks that formed a DOJI TODAY.

Is it possible to Scan for Stocks that formed a DOJI YESTERDAY, NOT today.

What code can I use in filter to do this ??"

------------------------

Try using the "date offset" instruction !

Like this:

Fetcher[/* Doji Scan with 1 day offset (ie. yesterday) */

set{body_top,max(open,close)}
set{body_bottom,min(open,close)}

Show stocks where body_top is less than .05 percent above body_bottom
and close above 5

and date offset is 1
]

---------------------

Is that what you had in mind ?

...further explanation about "date offset" is here :

----------------

Just copy that into your Browser window !

Good Luck,
