My guess would be IB, they have the name for being a deep discount broker.

I usually pay around 1.00 for single options, 0.70 per option for larger lots.
If you place a limit order between the bid and the ask you often get discounts for adding liquidity they forward to you.
Quite often I'm charged just a few cents per contract and and sometimes even get paid for the trade.
