SPX broke benchmark signal a week ago 1812.
We are officially in a bear market.
Shudda been in YANG & DWTI in April 2015 .... a little late imho ... so here are the Real Estate ETFs, which are still cheap (all in double-digits as opposed to triple).

SRS (Proshares)
DRV (Direxion)
HBZ (new, no history) (Proshares)
REK (Proshares)

I hope RE crashes hard. Worse than 2008.

Today's prices:
SRS $48.50 (2X inverse of DJ US RE Index)
REK $20.18 (Inverse of DJ US RE Index)
DRV $21.12 (Inverse of US REIT Index)
HBZ $24.53 (Homebuilders & Suppliers)

Now if Velocity came out with a 3X, that would be my inverse ETF of choice.

Sale of Single Family homes peaked in Jan 2015. Look at 5-year chart and draw trend line from Jan 2015 to current.

Ha! U don't have to look at 5 yr. Just look at ONE-year chart.

But for a housing crash, you need prices to go down ...

Three out of the last four days buying UWTI in the pre-market and selling early has increased my "beer money" account. I may die hungry but not thirsty.
