10/9/2022 12:49:01 PM Mortgage 30- Yr US have hit 7.6%. Rate hike is not done yet as per FeD. 30 yr could hit more higher in days to come. Mortgage application has been dropping down. These factors likely to create more housing selling. 2023 likely to be more severe! Thus, my fav pick is DRV |
