Shillihs, nice filter. I use something that is similar in theory to yours. I adjusted one that Four posted to grab undervalued stocks. performs well on backtesting. Usually a 1-2 day delay so I use an offset.

Looks pretty good, but when you miss, big losses. Seems like biggest losses come from
stocks over 5 bucks.

I havent had any losses from this one. I usually wait for the BB's to tighten, play the gap up. Interesting point on prices above 5. Price/performance and patience are two areas I am trying to improve upon.
PDLI performed well on yours. I may go with HOS or TIME end of day today.

In Iyz in 33.64 down 8 cents will sell over 34.
In Pdli 2.99 will hold for a few, would of held long term but the market collapse is eminent...

In my so humble opinion, we are within 10 trading days of all longs in the market
having their hands & feet mangled & their brains stomped in when market starts to drop
at least 15%. Margin and leveraged accounts will be decimated beyond recognition...

Timing is everything. It's coming eventually, but I've been on the wrong side for the past 6 months. Being early to that call sucks. At this point, I'm actually hoping for the drawdown you predict in the next 2 weeks. It may be 2 years away, though, instead of 2 weeks. All that money spent hedging and protecting is trickling down the drain... Cash reserves are at the highest point ever for me, though.
