I hope this rally continues tomorrow, might be a bit of short covering along with just plain bottom fishing. Good Luck

I unwillingly whipped out a buy order just before the closing bell. So I'm vainly wishing and praying for the futures to head much higher in the after-hours session. Be that as it may, I intuitively feel that the market will head higher for the next few days before it caves under its own weight. But, then again, don't ever take my word at face value. :)

Unwilling or unwitting, call me a doting idiot. I gave back much of my profit yesterday, and the market is happy to continue that trend today. Well, it's still better than carrying a bag of losses. Go figure. Tough market by all means.

Man, just where are all those eternal optimists like Mary4Money? Why aren't they stepping up to the plate? LOL

I don't know where they are, but they better hurry up and step up to the plate, before the third Friday in August. LOL

Another crazy roller-coaster day. When the market springs right back to life after dumping you in the gutter, ure day is guaranteed to suck big time. Gggrrrr...

(still, I'm up $58 and change. LOL)

Big day Niko, better than losing.LOL I have been trying to double down in X, hit it 1 time for $300. But it definitely is treacherous. I have my finger on the sell trigger the minute I am filled.

To make any money on a day like yesterday and today requires way too much effort. The trade-off between how much you can make and how much stress ure willing to take isn't worth it IMHO. Plus, my account is up over 20% since the market began its nosedive so I can definitely take a day off for good measure.

I think the panic selling this morning is providing a good buying opportunity for the short run. Could we go lower? Yes, but the likelihood of falling down to the low of the week is most unlikely.
