I can't seem to get this to work. I like to write a filter where the price of a stock has been below the weekly ma (20) for 20 weeks and then price cross above the weekly ma (20). Thanks.

20 weeks below ma(20) + crossed above ma(20) this week means counting over 21 weeks

Maybe something like this?

Fetcher[
weekly close crossed above weekly ma(20)
set{below20w,count(weekly close below weekly ma(20),21)}
below20w above 19
draw below20w
chart is weekly
chart-length 6 months
