The common thread between those two trades was an Elder Ray reading far above the zero line as well as an expansion (divergence)...as well as noting big AH and PM moves. I'm basically using the filters that have already been posted and just looking over the past week at how those stocks behave and finding the patterns that seem to perform best.

Some of the things I'm looking at:
1) where the divergence in bull/bearpower lies in relation to the zero line (is it straddling? above? below?)
2) WR%R(2) and FI moving together?
3) WR%R2 divergences

One interesting thing I noticed was how the following screen performs vs. the market:
bullpower up, bearpower down, RSI(2) above 80, WR%(2) above -50

With 2 exceptions out of 45 stocks on 6/17, every single stock that had the ER divergence above the zero line and both FI and WM%R rising went up...on a pretty strong down day in the markets. I like those odds.

Incidentally, I did the same exact option trade on MOS yesterday (6/19) for a nearly 600% gain.

Bought 1 x MOS Jun160 put @ $1.15 8:31am
Sold @ $7.40

So should I be selling my SDS and DXD shares during this lull?

Hello Riggs,
This is a powerful tool I have been watching the effects of the Bear Tick. Can you please give one more example of divergence with one of your trades as you buy and sell. I will print this up and read it like a thousand times . Sorry to bother you so much today , I just really want to learn .
