Thank Chees I like his charts ---it matches what I am seeing a lot of neg divergence in the market.
VIX at 12.20 to 13.60 is the number I have been using, It looked like Monday it was going to final break out.
SPX 1576 is the all time high and VIX at 12.20 I will look to short.
