I think @nibor100 using converge with a moving average seems to me to be spot on with the original ask.

But my read of what you really want is where the volatility of a stock is getting low and nearing some level of support. In that case, I would probably approach the problem this way:

Fetcher[
Bollinger width at 6 month low
and close converging with 6 month low
]
